Auberge des Arenes - Mugron

A restaurant very well located in front of the arenas of this small village of the Landes countryside. We are offered local cuisine, copier and well prepared, for a very reasonable price. Family kitchen and house. Very friendly service.

We came to this restaurant quite by chance and we are very disappointed. We took the menu of the day when there were 2 entries to choose. We ordered an entrance, the other one served us; normally it is expected 1/4 wine per person there we had 1/4 wine for two people; for the coffee we didn’t have little spoons about dessert the waitress went looking for a cup in the freezer saying there was no dessert. All for the same price and it is certain that we will not return.

We spent an excellent time at the hostel the setting is very beautiful and the meal very good and very good for adults as well as for children everyone it is feasted and the welcome was at the top! We are ready for our family bike ride on the green track! The village of Mugron is very pretty!

Very good reception. Buffet with choice. Two dishes of the day. Buffet of various desserts. Good kitchen. A very large parking lot in front.

One-week stay in the 'Auberge with bathroom/WC room. The room is a little demoded but when it is only about sleeping it is largely enough. Nevertheless for TV fans, you will be disappointed, it is an old -and small-TV, think to take your PC to compensate. Hygiene is very clean and cleaning is done every day (except Sunday). The people of the hostel are very pleasant/serviable. Note that the establishment that accepts dogs (count 4€/d). The rate is 40€ per night. We are very happy with our stay.
