Fratelli La Bufala - MUGNANO DI NAPOLI

Amazing Pizza and Vincenzo is super friendly like the whole crew. It’s a really unique Pizza from a Pizza master. Worth to drive to Mugnano to enjoy this awesome Pizza!

Murphy 's Law was at large on our night at Fratelli la Bufala. We were very happy to find such a lovely location in a pretty garden, but we didn 't find any more to be happy about. We ordered a bottle of wine, and they didn 't have the one we selected. The waiter came back with two suggestions, and he suggested we pick the 22€ bottle. He seemed quite nervous and hasty, and we noticed the bottle was only 3/4 full, even though the cork was still in it. We were too flabbergasted to comment on it right there and then. It later transpired that there was a big crack in the bottom of the bottle, making the wine leak out. We notified the waiter, and all he said was: 'shall we just pour it out? ' We drank only half a bottle, but they charged us for the full bottle afterwards. Another waiter dropped a bruschetta in one beer, replaced the beer and left the bruschetta upside down on the table. Aside from the pizza, all the food was horrible. They brought the wrong food, ingredients included on the menu were not there, the recipe was completely different, and the English translation of the menu was very bad. We ate only half of the greasy, rock-hard food. Also, one of the glasses was dirty (milkish residue along the rim, see picture). After some discussion, they reduced our bill by 15%, which in my opinion should 've been at least 50%. They didn 't apologise for any of their mistakes. Classic example of a tourist trap; they don 't care if you never come back, 'cause they get what they want: your money.

Have eaten here many times for business lunches. Always excellent service and very good food. Highly recommended!

We had lunch with the family in this locole and we were very well. the service is attentive professional and of a unique sympathy, an extra march. we asked various out menus and we were satisfied in full. price suitable for the quality of the very good raw materials. the chef cooks like a Neapolitan grandmother, and is a huge compliment. good guys keep going like this, I'm sure we hope to see each other soon.

Sunday at lunch, after a short wait given by the full club make us sit. Changed menu, disappeared the appetizer of fries, vegetables and whip, a real sin. We opt for two fries, and it turns out to be a fine choice since the pizzas will arrive after a biblical time. Pizza is very good, of those high, the excellent ingredients. but the organization really leaves to want. Total chaos, to get something you have to ask at least three times. temperature detected but not at all
