One of the oldest restaurant in town. Used to be good one 6-7 years back. Now many more new restaurants have been opened in the town which gives tough competition to it. Ambience is OK, can be improved though. View all feedback. What 1shashank b (1 3 years ago on Google doesn't like about Samrat:
1)First thing first owner is very rude. 2)the time I entered he advised me to order some high priced dishes.when I ordered dosa at time of billing he was behaving rudely. 3)Over priced,like add 50 60 rupees extra and you will eat in cloves and reduce 30 40 rupees still you can enjoy at flavors or albaik.com in Mughalsarai. 4) cleanliness is not upto mark,once you go there you gonna have feelings of sitting in road side dhaba not restaurant.
