Went there t... read more This place is a bit away from the centre of Muggia. They have a large terrace during the warm season. The guests were all locals and repeaters too. Went there twice. Loved the pizza, tagliata con grana and the seppie in rosso. Recommend to drink a frizzantino first, then go for a local white wine. Best thing was the sorbetto at the end, on the house.

You just feel great there. Now the food is local and traditional, but not so special and tasty, probably the weakest link.

The atmosphere is laid back and very popular among the locals as well as tourists in the high season. The atmosphere is casual and laid back and the staff efficient and friendly. The food is delicious and there is a great choice. There is also a spacious outside patio to dine al fresco in the summer months and ample parking if driving. Highly recommended.

And the chef's salad was with tuna and beans from a can and very questionable mushrooms. Next time I would go for the pizza which is supposed to be their main thing. The service was great and made our dinner pleasant. The toilets on the other hand were very unpleasant.
