Specialized in trout. never knew that so much could be done with trout. excellent lunch. staff very helpful and friendly with much needed good local beer after a long walk.

A michelin star restaurant that meets his call. beautifully prepared and presented, my dinner was wonderful. this restaurant is known for trout dishes. the staff is friendly and attentive and meets their needs. fun.

Good food, nicely prepared, a bit overrated. Small menu and pricey. Service was average for a Michelin recommend restaurant. The trout was finely cooked, and the Goose dinner was nicely done. The pork meddalions with spätzle was just warm.

We stayed at this hotel and ate in the restaurant both nights. Each time to food was excellent and good value. Service was excellent.
