Deplorable service, far from living up to the beauty of this restaurant. When I got there the butler didn 't even say hello to me but hold on . Pleasant as a prison door. Their passive and cold attitude is deplorable. In the end, I had to wait 7 minutes on my feet before a waiter who had walked past 6 times to me realized I was waiting at the checkout to pay. Solid experience at the Orlando. Service was nice and service-oriented and prices reasonable. Don’t forget to check out the interior of the Orlando house.

Faced with this lack of respect, I clearly hesitated to leave without paying. Finally at the time of cashing I take out my bank card and the server responds in an aggressive voice you have no cash no I have no cash so what? you have a CB terminal so take the CB and do not comment. A word of advice, go to a hotel school to learn your trade (catering). We will retain the only positive element: the food is good.
Sadly, we had a poor experience compared to our last visit 3 or 4 years ago. The food was nothing great and neither was the service. The standard has gone down and surprisingly the restaurant was relatively empty, a couple of weeks before Christmas. What has gone wrong? Orlando seems to be neglected by Herr Schuhbeck.
Great location service! After a short walk from our hotel, we enjoyed authentic streusel wine as we decompressed from our day at Oktoberfest.

When I was standing in front of the door to sniff some fresher air, I encountered a pushback, which greeted me with a friendly pressure of hands and in which I brought the problem to speak. The problem is known and is regulated in autumn (or winter) .The wee prices are overrun, almost undamaged! for a bottle of red wine where you would pay in luxembourg /- 49€ up to maximum 60€, this is with 85€ price!
