What can I say that hasn't been said. You like the fights ? This is it...Cafe Schiller is an institution that you MUST go to if you crave the taste of leather in the mouth....the barman looks like German Cus Domato and the patrons are always the who's who of the local fight scene. Grab a beer and watch your mouth ! This is a serious bar for those in the know....also tip well...they like that (lol) View all feedback.
What Dave B doesn't like about Schiller Cafe:
This pub was ok when I first arrived in Munich to watch Tottenham play Bayern as it was full of Spurs Fans.The Beer was a bit pricey at 4.70 euros and they charged you 50 cents to do a wee. On the night of the game they made the prices up as they went along and you had to keep checking the change you received. Bar staff were rude and arrogant . You probably can't avoid using the pub but beware when using it View all feedback.
Classic sports bar with many exhibits/sports trophies. gives you solid food. multiple screens available.
Went here as I had been seeking a place to eat Curry Wurst in Munich. After some effort found this place. Really good beer- but being honest you can get that anywhere in Munich. The food provided the experience I was looking for- but not for fine diners! It is a sports bar so the noise is also quite loud within. I'd return for the Curry Wurst- but has much more potential.
Good location in the center of Munich. If you want watching games, football etc., it´s perfect. Prices are ok.
Expensive, poor quality drinks. Served cola in a jug (which was flat) but the server already put it into my drink. When tasted it was awful but they would not replace it and only wanted us to buy fresh drinks. Poor service from server who was only interested in sitting with his hands under his chin watching tv!
We were going through and we saw accumulations of people watching football in a place no longer usual for me. It was great because young and old people, intermingled by watching, criticizing football matches, no angry at losing and good musical atmosphere. cold night in Munich, we take you with apple strudel made at the moment and a delicacy. I clarify that everyone had beer and combined with fries (normal as it seems)
