View all feedback.
What Wyman Ryan doesn't like about Prinzipal:
we had cake and coffee before a show in the theater. coffee was drinkable, but not good. standard press a button machine coffee. kuchen was in order, but the chocolate fond we ordered was a chocolate muffin and not creamy and tender. the inner as we expect. View all feedback.
My wife and I have eaten here a few times before performances in the attached printine theater, at our last visit we were amazed by their reaction to a kitchen mhap. I ordered a swordfish steak, but what they were delivered was overcrowded and hard to the point of incompetence. When the waiter asked how everything was, I mentioned the problem. he reacted quickly and offered to replace another plate for free. I rejected his offer, but accepted a free espresso. we have not been accused for the heavy fish. the evening dinner of my wife was excellent as the cousin who accompanied the heavy fish. I have rarely seen that a restaurant reacts so fast and positiw to a similar situation. almost every kitchen will occasionally make a mistake, principle knows how to treat it!
It's not the first time I stayed in this restaurant. the performance began at seven when I arrived, there was no space available so I reserved a table for me after the show. after that I arrived very early and I sat with the...commentary: this man is alone (probably not a good man half money!) apero and water arrived immediately. but then nothing happened for minutes. all the others eat, but it did not help to look around and look at the waiters attentively. when I put the money down and wanted him to show up immediately to tell me I didn't put enough money. no apologies and nothing. I can understand that this type of restaurant only works with theatre visitors. No one eats there and suddenly everyone shows up. but you can really feel that they don't need you! it's full anyway, it's true that I was hungry for the time, and I had to wait until I ate at augustiner. the opera was just finished. the place was full and I waited three minutes!

My friend and I wanted to eat before I went to the concert of edita gruberowa in the printine theatre. we have made an online reservation for watch, but because we had no idea how long it would take the subway to get there, we came. more than minutes earlier. we were afraid we would say we were sitting in the bar to wait, but our early was not a problem! there was a table with a sign with our name on where we could enjoy our dinner in what I considered the best place possible. a little higher than the main room and in the corner. that offered a great view. our waitress was very friendly and attentive. she was there when we wanted her to be there, left us alone when we told her we wanted to take time before we ordered. always with a smile. we liked the first cure (an salad with cheese) better than the main course, but the main course was not bad either. Maybe after the first cure we expected too much. we enjoyed a bottle of green veltliner. Theater restaurants are often extremely expensive, but this was very cheap. I would definitely go back there if I wanted to visit a concert at the printine theatre.
