M1 Restaurant & Cafe - München

Self service. A lot of smorrebrot'. Next to it croissants, muffins, German breads etc. Stand in line. Very pricy. Still very glad to be there because of degrees Celsius in spring.

We had a very good lunch at the and found the staff very friendly and helpful. It was a busy Sunday afternoon but we didn’t wait long in line and had our food quickly. Prices were fair and the food was good for a...small cafe with a limited menu.

It is the only cafe around so they do NOT really care. Huge line to wait to pay Euro for a coffee and to be told off by the staff. Tables are sticky and not cleaned between customers. Nobody cares... customers have no choice....Shame BMW, shame!

Cappuccino was weak and tepid, made with UHT milk. Chocolate chip cookie had almost no chocolate. Setting is pleasant however, just don’t have coffee or cookies!

Were told to take a table. Did so and waited for more than minutes after which I went back and said we had waited for minutes and if we could get some service. The lady came to our table and took the order...but didn't seem that interested. Now we have bern waiting another minutes for two lattes, two muffins and two sparkling waters and if the signs hold true we will have to go and get them outselves
