Very small, nice, cozy local, you should reserve if you want to eat in the evening good, small card, what I see positiw, very good quality of the food wine selection service well and attentive was already private and business eating here, recommended for both occasions.
We were 10 days in the room Munich/Bayern and needed a break from German food. this restaurant was so good that we ate here twice - at the first time we had no reservation and they could still accommodate us, as we had eaten quite early to the evening and at the second time we reserved a table outside. the service was exactly right at both nights and eating absolutely delicious. one of the best nicoise salads (thunfish was melted in mouth and perfectly roasted) I've ever had. the wine card was also very nice and it was easy to find an affordable bottle of French white wine on the list. if we return to a bit, this is one of the first places I would eat again!
In the middle of the dunes lives a piece frankreich! patron thierry leoncelli ensures in its bistro the ideal balance between loose esprit, original ambiente (the bar stools from the former aubergine by eckhart funnymann invitieren) and an excellent kitchen that comes out without a crisp and simsalabim. honest, taste-sensual dishes come on the table, prepared from excellent ground products. whether oyster, quiche lorraine, bleeding, in orange sauce, entrecote, calfscotlet, ray, sea foliage, cream brulee or tarte tatin: it tastes härrrlissssch and even better! that the corresponding weepings the round, understands itself; more crystal clear and prestigi are mentioned. the sympathetic young service sometimes acts something comme il fauts, mostly but friendly and dedicated. if the weather is after that, you can also sit in front of the local but contempt: you don't want to get up anymore. merci thierry!
We'll all get to eat two weeks in the bistro. at the last visit I had eaten the day roast beef with sauce bearnaise. I can't imagine that the bearnaise was self-made, and it was just too tasteless. I make the bearnaise gradually and it is a heavenly difference to what I had on the teller. because I could taste as good as no estragon, I assume that the bearnaise has come from the tetrapack. Too bad! I generally feel the subjective that the quality is constantly decreasing. dear thierry leoncelli, would be nice if you would return to the usual good quality in your bistro.
