What Cortez Ullrich doesn't like about Lago di Garda:
We popped in here after an afternoon out in Munich the food was very tasty I had bruschetta, pizza, and tiramisu but it was disappointing that the service didn't live up to the food. I wonder if they didn't expect to be as busy...as they were, but there was hardly any waiting staff on and the one guy was rushed off his feet serving. I go there and again with a certain customer. We like it very well, the service is excellent. eating is good, the place is nice. at any time again, highly recommended!
A slightly snobistic hauch at this place, which is also connected to a price tag. . tasty kitchen, crimson steak with sweet was good.
Comfortable interieur, though not very Italian. extensive menu offers both pizza and some meat (well prepared) and fish dishes, prices appropriate. wee very moderate. I can't recommend cheese plate - the price is high for some of the small cheese slices?
We had a fantastic carpaccio,- rucola and parmesansalat with fresh truffles (sweets had season and were presented). my second floor was pasta with shaved fresh black truffles. it was wonderful at my first bite - but I had to ask the waiter for a bowl to spoon out at least 1/3 cup butter that floats in the floor! it was so frustrating to go to a restaurant that was so close to a great kitchen, but did not manage to get there by not paying attention to important details. I hope they read these comments. because they could be so much better.
We liked the dinner very well. marco has made a great job and seemed to be the only waiter this evening. I had pasta and my wife the lasagne, both were excellent. my son had a fantastic steak with truffle sauce. boiled medium rare, it was perfect. we had a few drinks and were very pleasantly surprised that the bill for us all three was clearly below 100 dollars. we would recommend this restaurant, although sitting outdoors are only suitable for unattended drinks. very lively crucifixion and beautiful part of the city.
