Hopfengarten - München

Quiet and relaxing beer garden. eating is somewhat cheaper than most other beer gardens, while beer is on the same level. I only had a beer after a walk in the park, when they go to west park and need a break...with some refreshments it is a good stop.

As I walked through the western park in the dunes, I came across this beautiful beer garden in the forest. it is not far from the audidome, and close to some sports places that look as if they were built for the Olympic games of 1972. it is a quiet place, at least while I was there, but is near the city I expect on beautiful days that the beer garden draws quite many local and human strolling in the park. it is easy to step back there, and the environment is very relaxing. worth visiting if they are in the opposite.

If you go to a beer and a atmosphere, that's a great place, but I wouldn't go for the food. I'm sorry to say very poor compared to other places we visited it is also so big, as depending on the experience they are. looking for them might want to find a smaller place, but it has music and there is that bierhalle experience really, I think there are better places

Went to Westpark today and came across this lovely beer garden. It's not the huge biergarten you expect but it is really nice. The beer is great, the brazel is amazing and the Obatzda was very good. The prices are quite reasonable and of course you can bring your own food if you like. There are loads of food choices and the usual biergarten food like Chicken, Schwinebraten, ribs and salads and so on. Everything looked good and the staff were very polite. Short walk away from the biergarten is a small lake and there were tons of families out BBQ'ing and enjoying the sunshine. A great place and I would happily return anytime.
