Falk's - Feedback

What Sam S dislikes about Falk's:
This is a bar located in the lobby of the Bayerischer Hof hotel. It's got loads of mirrors all around and a huge bar in the center. The service here is slow despite a number of staff at the bar. They were making drinks for other places here and there was a ton of drinks being delivered to the cinema or maybe another one of the restaurants. The list of cocktails is extensive and I loved my Bombay Crush a gin cocktail... View all feedback.

Very nice bar in the hotel. they need to make reservations even if it is empty. apparently the only part of the hotel that survived, I liked that.
It is elegant, it is expensive and they have rubber bears. that's all that you need to know. design wise, its in a unique area. that all knows.

The list of cocktails is extensive and I loved my Bombay Crush a gin cocktail with crushed cumquatts...it was delicious. I would come back here again for cocktails. It's a bit soulless when empty but gets lively when there are a lot of people in the bar. Prices for drinks are ok and not too over the top for a hotel bar.
It's elegant, it's expensive and they have gummy bears. That's basically all that one needs to know. Design wise, its in a unique realm. The all white, mirror filled, large space feels open and yet comfortable. It screams elegance. Coming here late at night in a Friday, the establishment was quite full. Enjoyed some spectacular German wine, pours of which get brought in a small flask, accompanied by complimentary nuts and gummy bears! Yes, gummy bears in a fancy bar, that's a new one. The wasabi crisps mixed with the nets were my favorite in the snack mix, perhaps it is something common here in Germany, but as an American, they did blow my mind. Service was very pleasant as expected in this type of an establishment. Would come back to try their cocktails as well.
