A super cozy restaurant with friendly staff. The menu is very varied and there is something for every taste. The food tastes fresh and good. Unfortunately, I have to take off a star, as some things were missing on our breakfast plate (which were on the map). On demand, they were reimbursed, but unfortunately a few products (honey and butter) were already opened by the guest. Nevertheless, we like to come back. All th... View all feedback.
Food is ok and the location is great, specially from the outside. However, the service is a but slow.
Usually I do not like to write negative reviews but this time I have to... The location is fantastic, close by a shopping mall (Pasing Arcaden). Inside it looks modern mixed with old building structure. The waiters are very friendly and have always a smile on their face. I have no problems when a table is not ready for new guests, means bottles, glasses and trash removed and the table wiped. It seems like they have a good turnover on guests. No biggy, my first concern came when the waitress asked us if we want order something additional. She didn 't realize that we are already new customers. OK, with a smile on our face we told her that we are new guests and we would like to order coffee and a cake. She punched everything in her handheld-thingy and our order was on the way. The cake came quick...but the coffee refused to show up. After 20 minutes waiting for the coffee we asked a waitress if there is something wrong with our order. A smile and an answer: No problem, the computer takes care of everything and it is a lil busy right now, the coffee will come soon Soon after another 15 minutes we asked another waitress and she smiled, told us she is going to check what 's going on. The best computer-system is useless when the order printed on paper disappeared under the coffee maker...the barista had no clue that there was an order for us. Finally we got our coffee, which was really good. The things that concerned me is that they obviously have no structure in their workplace. The waitresses have no clue which customer is a new and which customer is missing orders etc. It seems like there is no rule who is responsible for which table. And these handheld-thingy takes away responsibility. A good waitress knows when something is missing on a customers table...and I was expecting that the waitress we 've asked after 20 minutes would go and double check on our order. The whole experience took us over an hour from sitting down, ordering, drinking a cappuccino and latte, eating one cake, paying and leaving...(for good, that was our first and last visit) In addition I 've overhead a discussion between the one waitress and a new customer where the waitress told the customer that she does not know if they are new customers because of the bottles and glasses on the table...always a good idea to talk like this to your customers...and proof that they really have no clue who is sitting at their tables... Thank you but no thank you.
I want to love it, and tried twice. I won't be back if I can help it. The food is great, menu diverse and different. The location and feeling of the restaurant and outside seating is exceptional. It's just a mess organizationally and hard not to leave frustrated. It's not the servers, its the service design. We got half the things we ordered, had several servers who were not coordinating, and were late because we spent an hour after our plates were cleared trying to pay and nobody would help us.
The service is friendly and always has a smile on. I am there mostly for the weekday brunch for a very reasonable price incl. an orange juice for
Good prices and service. The location is also very convenient and a nice mix of old school brick construction and glass The highlight for me is the brunch...
