The Vapiano is perfect for a quick lunch if you don't like fast food or the like. At the entrance you get a card to which everything you order is booked, and which you will leave at the same place to pay. On the upper floor you will encounter a long tress, where 4-5 chefs are standing (depending on the level). There are pizza, pasta, salads and some desserts. The pasta can be selected from many different types of pasta, with a recommendation for each pasta dish. So you choose your dish and the cook immediately throws the ingredients into the pan and cooks in front of the customer's eyes (which I always find very good). It is also possible to determine whether there should be a little more garlic or even more chili. The noodles are packed in portions and precooked so that they only have to be cooked in hot water. So the dish is ready in about 2-3 minutes. All over there are high tables on which many fresh herbs stand, which you can tap yourself. I also find great, as I always sprinkle half basil shrub on my pasta anyway.

Very modern, best for good Italian food in between. Not for night.

The Vapiano system restaurant offers classic Italian dishes such as pizza, pasta and different salads in self-service. The dishes are created immediately after ordering according to customer request. After completion, the discus shines in place. The dishes are tasty, the furnishings are raised and the staff friendly, nix for a romantic dinner (someone would have to get the dessert and the drinks), but otherwise wonderful.

The restaurant: The establishment of the food area is very mordern. In the pasta you can order the sauce and then choose a noodle variety. The sauces are divided into groups a, b, c and d. Each letter has its fixed price. A= about 6,50Euro D= 8,00Euro. I've always chosen pasta. If you know what you want to eat, go to the treses that are signposted with the respective food group. So for pasta I go to the vaults with the inscription 'Pasta '. There is an employee and picks up the order. It prepares the food in a fresh wok and then it is necessary to maintain its card obtained at the entrance. The kitchen staff has always felt very stressed and pampy to me. In the noodles themselves I have the feeling they are not always boiled properly by the lightning preparation. They are usually still with too much 'biss'. The sauces were always very tasty until now, even the noodles from the others looked very good. When you have eaten, you go to the exit and show your card again. There you pay and then you can still wear rubber bears. Very friendly. Drinks can be ordered when ordering or at an extra bar, which also serves cocktails. The peronal behind the bar is extremely friendly and makes a good service. Conclusion: I like to come back to Vapiano, but I don't want to show up for the Rush hour!

The pasta is completely insane. The noodles are precooked and are far from al dente. The sauces have almost food level. Pizza is good there.
