This place is cashless, so don't go with cash as they don't take it. Is self-control attached to the counter on an iPad. Very good with kitchen at any level with free drinks I think is very nice of them. Overall, there is a nice hotel with clean rooms. We changed a room because the bathroom was a bit small and they were friendly and change it for us. I wish I had lots of pictures to show, but I forgot to click cameras is a good place to stay for a short time when you are in Munich.
The stay in Ruby lilly was nothing less than amazing. This is my first stay here in Munich and the food here is extremely satisfying, so are the luxury rooms. People here and the service are superior. Big on the special man Mr. Osvaldo, who led me and helped me feel safe and comfortable. 6 out of 5 stars to team and management. Cheers.
Friendly and very attentive staff at the reception/bar, very clean room. The size of the room is good! Delicious breakfast in a wide selection. Very good coffee!
Last night, I was at the bar of the Ruby Lilly Hotel with some friends. I absolutely loved the decor! The sofas, lamps, shelves, and the bar itself truly an amazing design. On top of that, the cocktails were fantastic, you absolutely must try them if you visit. Huge thanks to Pia for the delicious cocktail and to Liv for the warm, friendly service and lovely conversation. I’ll definitely be staying here next time I’m in town! 100% recommended! Service: 5
Second time staying at this hotel during the film festival. The arrival was promising thanks to the friendly and professional guy who welcomed us. But everything went downhill from there. The rooms are poorly soundproofed if your neighbor plays music or talks loudly, you’ll hear everything. Even with the windows closed, the sound of the passing tram is very noticeable. Resting properly was difficult. I forgot my toothbrush in the shower and realized it at the airport. I immediately called and asked for it to be sent by post (at my own expense). I sent several emails and made follow-up calls, but got no clear or effective response. In the end, they just said it wasn’t found. The tone over the phone was far from friendly, with no real effort to help or keep a returning guest. A real shame , I left with no desire to come back. Service: 3
