Hoang Jaa Vietnamese Kitchen Sushi

The Hoang Jaa is a bistro directly at the Viktualienmarkt. It advertises with authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Besides, it's a sushi bar. I was after a nice hot Pho tonight. The soup was good, but no highlight compared to other Phos I already had. Chillis and limes were missing, for example, and there were very little coriander in the broth and no other herbs. Too bad I don't love it. The waitress was friendly and attentive. There was another waiter, but he just stood around and looked unfriendly in the area. The vaccination status has been controlled, but unfortunately the tables are very close together and there are no discs. The neighboring table next to me was occupied, although there were others. There is still need for optimization.
