We were greeted enthusiastically, felt welcomed and able to ask questions in English. Check in was easy and the staff was great about getting our rental into their parking garage. The room was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. The location was amazing for walkability and we were 2 minutes from the historic and super cool Hofbrauhaus. There was construction, but it didn't negatively impact our stay. Would recommend for sure.

A shout out to Arthur’s help with my luggage and superb hospitality- fixing a hot coffee when I checked in. He was so helpful to get me the iron and ironing board! It’s a nice place to rest and a good distance to all the old town
