Contribute FeedbackAgain in the Brand-Gäfler-Land, more precisely in müllheim, and more precisely in the Hotel alte Spital. I usually register in müllheim in the old post, but a resident large manufacturer of tap drives had loaded in a user workshop in terms of functional safety and I had decided to participate there. for the workshop the hotel was planned old hospital and so I was registered there via my registration. the hotel is completely new. Photos in the lovingly renovated interior show the state before renovation. what you did from the former town hospital can really please. in front of the house a large square with outdoor gastronomy, below a very nicely renovated interior with bar and gastronomy, a spacious room for our workshop. back very well thought out and pleasantly equipped guest rooms. the engineers traveled from anywhere on Tuesday afternoon worked until 6:00, of course, especially a question how can I see the game. but the Orgateam had already reacted and adapted the evening program. the food was taken on the canvas while passing on the canvas, and all were scattered. so we met before 6 pm the following menu suggestion of the old hospitals for our football dinner was found: Menu card 21.06.16 we ordered the whole beer, suitable for the current TV show. the kitchen started the menu with a green asparagus as green. that was a delicious appetizer. quiche at the beginning of the menu I had decided for the offered rucolasalat. rucolasalat the combination of rucola, tomate, parmesan and a Balsamico vinaigrette was delicious, but unfortunately very cumbersome to eat. there was acute danger for hem and trousers. I tried heroically to consume my salad without accidents (reliable), but only almost succeeded, unfortunately. lachs with spargel and kartoffels should be afterwards. lachs I was a couple who ordered the fish to the spade and that was unfortunately a mistake. the salmon steak had been freed from the skin and completely fried. which was simply no longer really edible in its dry stability. it remained a great rest on the plate. better economy with its sauce Hollandaise and potatoes. that was well cooked and delicious. a look at my neighbour told me that the kitchen had also missed the desired clothes at the Rumpsteak. but the strawberry rhubarb disease with vanilla ice cream was able to reconcile to the conclusion. tasty! and since the German masculinity showed an acceptable performance over food, some weakenings were awarded via the menu. the evening was still after the game. the winzergenossenschaft britzingen introduced in a wine tasting some of it also very appreciated by me (always the barrique developed by me). with so much good wine it became a long evening before the next morning after an acceptable breakfast buffet, nice that the coffee is freshly served by the full machine and not the Thermoscan dominates the field, we started in our workshop. a more compact review today: The hotel already has a great feel-good factor. but in the kitchen performance must be definitiw. the Ricotta-Ravioli served on Wednesday in the workshop, but hope it will be better.

And since the German team also showed an acceptable performance over food, some weaknesses were given over the menu. The evening was nice after the game. In a wine tasting, the Britzingen wine cooperative presented some of its wines, which I appreciate very much (always the Barrique developed with me). With so much good wine it became a long evening before the next morning after an acceptable breakfast buffet, nice that the coffee is served fresh from the full machine and not the thermospot dominates the field, we started in our workshop. Conclusion of a somewhat more compact criticism today: the hotel already has a great feel-good factor. But the kitchen performance must definitely be used. The Ricotta-Ravioli, served in the workshop on Wednesday afternoon, but hope that it will be better.
