Alles war... read more Wir waren zum Geburtstagsessen das erste Mal in der Sehnsuchtsküche. Bestellt haben wir Pilzgulasch mit Reis, Käsespätzle und die Bratkartoffelpfanne. Alles war wirklich richtig gut! Die Käsespätzle haben auch ohne echten Käse wie 'echt' geschmeckt! Auch die Atmosphäre dort ist super. Überall stehen Kochbücher mit denen man sich schon mal Appetit holen kann, außerdem kann man vegane Süßigkeiten und Kühlwaren wie 'Käse' oder 'Wurst' dort kaufen. Wenn man durchs Fenster schaut kann man den Reitern und Pferden in der Reithalle zusehen was auch sehr unterhaltsam ist. Ein kleines Minus für die riesen Portionen die kein Mensch schafft, denn das ist ja eher nicht nachhaltig danach alles weg zu werfen. Sonst top Restaurant! Immer gerne wieder.

Mais c'est le seul point faible... pour un végan...Le buffet est varié et c'est une bonne cuisine conventionnelle, mais totalement VEGAN.La plupart des plats sont préparés à base de produits frais biologiques. J'ai craqué plusieurs fois pour la poêlée de seitan aux paprika et pomme de terres, sauce moutarde... C'est un moment agréable, la gentillesse d'Andréa, la propriétaire, est remarquable.On peut acheter sur place des produits végan frais, et des patisserires, ainsi que du seitan fait maison emballé sous vide... Pratique...J'y retourne régulièrement depuis plus de 10 ans !!!
