The staff NEVER advised us that they would only change the towels every 2 days and as it was the towels are inadequate for proper drying after a shower. They are very low and poor quality and threadbare. The staff NEVER advised us that they only changed the bed linen ONCE a week. The staff NEVER advised us they would only empty the rubbish bins in the accommodation unit every other day, and this they were inconsistent in doing. They only supply soap in the shower so theres NO soap at the hand sink meaning you have to enter a wet shower area to get some soap. They supply a canister of coffee every morning for a window of 2 hours and then its removed lest you make yourself a coffee. The coffee is disgusting and must be the cheapest they can buy,. They have a faulty automatic locking and alarm system on the door to the accommodation unit and it goes off at all hours of the day and night SCREECHING madly and without let up. Staff dont bother to come and rectify so guests are woken from sleep and have to endure this awful screeching and then the guests must find a way to turn it off themselves. I mentioned this to the manager after being awoken by this screeching at 6am again . He shrugged and ignored my comments as he didnt care whether I got my sleep or not. Main areas are not cleaned properly so are grimy and grungy. Bedroom isnt cleaned at all so its dirty. I have stayed at low budget and medium budget accommodation all across Asia and this is amongst THE WORST I have ever experienced. I WOULD NEVER RETURN THERE even if they offered FREE accommodation. I RECOMMEND travellers to AVOID staying at THE GARAGE
