We came for lunch. Service was polite. Received our meal quickly. Like the fact that part of the money goes to charity. Enjoyed a burger that was a little different. Liked that it was close to shopping centre but away from the busy food court. Staff member ran out of the store to hug someone while another staff member woohoo across the store which wasn’t very professional. Love the food so would go back View all feedback.
First time to any Grill'd restaurant, whilst my brother and I were at the Grand Plaza (I hadn't been inside for over 10+ years). The place has changed so much. So we decided on Grill'd.The service was fine as was the quality of the food. Can not fault it in these respects however, it is pretty pricey for what is affectivity a burger joint albeit a higher quality one.My brother ordered a Queensland burger with a portion of sweet potato chips and a 600ml Pepsi with 2 sauces and I ordered one of the beyond vegan burgers with a side of zucchini fries and a 600ml lemonade and 2 sauces. My burger was delicious as was the sauces and the fries which were a little greasy. Cost $59.80 pretty much nearly $30 for burger chips and a drink with 2 side sauces. Nice just a bit pricey. Thanks very much. SARDS
Good service and great burgers. I stopped by Grill’d with some friends on Saturday night, the restaurant wasn’t overly busy so we were able to get a booth. I orders two classic sliders with zucchini fried, these sliders were delicious and I would definitely recommend if you aren’t wanting a big burger. Plus the sliders are great value for money.

Tried the beef with pickles and mustard and I was not disappointed. Good, fast service. The chips are differant to other grilled I have been to, I usually love the chips.
Was late for dinner at the Grand Plaza and nearly all the food stalls in the food court were closed so have to go to other chain food stores last night. well, I have never been to this eatery and might give it a go. Read the menu, the first thing came up I my mind was the slider that reminded me the episode to have the Trio sliders in NoHo@Windsor. Ordered the Zen Chick (only asked for two for testing). Service was very friendly and hospitable. It took around five minutes to have the sliders on my table. It meant that they really prepared freshly from scratch. Looked at the plate of sliders. They looked great so I could not hold foe any longer and gave it a bite. Well, the burger bread was a good selection to have more crunchy texture matching the soft juicy chicken meat. The only downside was that I could not taste any satay sauce as it was listed on the menu; however, the mayo really saved marks. Overall, I could not deny that it was very healthy and thank for the delicious dinner.
