I highly recommend dining at this place, as the manager was also very kind in handling an issue I had with a large order. What Talya doesn't like about Jus' Jerk:
I ordered half a jerk pork but instead received a quarter pound of fat for $12. The plate only had one small lean piece of meat which did not taste good. When I called to complain, the person who answered said they had no control over it. They messed up both the quantity and quality of the dish. There was no apology or offer to make it right. Very clean, polite staff, food was great and very hot. I ordered some fried chicken and medium oxtail. The staff was not selfish with sauce or oxtail and the price was very reasonable. Thank you for the great service. I would definitely go back!

Excellent food and great service with a smile. The jerk chicken is so tender and juicy with bursts of flavor. Must have face mask upon entering this location as a COVID precaution.
