I was disappointed with Five Guys in Mount Pleasant. The service was fast, there was plenty of parking, and the portions were generous. However, this location does not live up to the standards of other Five Guys locations.
I will not be visiting this restaurant again. The last time I went, I ordered a hot dog for the first time and was very disappointed with the price and service.
Disappointing: this place doesn't offer shakes. However, the food is consistently good and the wait time is much better than at the Five Guys on King Street.
The food is delicious and the burgers are HUGE, and they are actually TOO generous with their fries! I understand that this is a point of sale, but they put about three times the size of the order in the pocket (which then becomes very oily). So I have to eat them on my way home to keep the bag too oily!
Something OK I like the Pommes. The bacon cheese dog will annoy your stomach if you don't have a strong stomach. Just be warned. Except it's great.
