I didn’t actually plan to write a review but I am now a full week after the encounter and cannot forget it. We went for my sons third birthday and my kids had a great time however when we went to play golf I asked the attendant where did the course start. She walked me around to what I assumed was hole one. However she immediately let me know she had walked me to the shaded area because her words were “you know, black people get hot” and she proceeded to let me know it was all about how my two, also blackKids could handle the heat. I don’t believe I have ever been so speechless in my life and o just didn’t know what to do as I kept replaying the words in my head. After plowing my kids to go off with their mother I went to find a manager or someone who I could advise of the encounter to ensure no one else would endure the behavior. He (who was also black) was clearly also shocked and did her supervisor would talk to her. I honestly hope they did more than talk to her. What is unfortunate is that I can’t stop replaying that moment in my head and what would have otherwise been a great experience to celebrate my sons third birthday is masked with me standing there in shock over and over not knowing what to do as I was advised my blackness would make me hot…. I also spent the rest of the trip terrified I would see her again and not know what to say or do especially based on timing that they would talk to her based in my report. And she clearly didn’t think she said anything wrong so I don’t see her being truly remorseful.

The place was OKAY, they made everyone get out the kids pool because they where going to do a CPR training and filming, personally I think those kind of training should be done while the park is CLOSE and have all this kids get off the pool and take time from there play time. Sun is out at 5am, you guys can do training early in the morning while there’s no customers in the park, that was very unnecessary. Then someone poop the pool and of course the personnel was acting so unprofessionally. Pool needs more maintenance as of bleach and cleaning, food was very good tho.

Our family had an absolute blast at this place! It exceeded our expectations in terms of fun and entertainment. We had a great time on nearly every ride, and even our almost 3-year-old had a blast with all the age-appropriate activities. The combination of the waterpark and arcade created a fantastic atmosphere that any parent with kids would appreciate. Highly recommended for a memorable family outing!

My youngest (4) was to small for all but 6 rides. The older one (6) needed me for a lot of rides. Definitely wasn't expecting that. All of the vending machines were not taking credit cards ... weird . We will be back in a year or two when we can enjoy it more . Staff was friendly . Good atmosphere
