One of the most healthiest chains I been to. All their food is based off no processed food, mostly everything is shown behind the counter. The burgers taste amazing and their baked fries are amazing as well. They have fountain drinks that are all healthy as well. No fructose syrup or artificial flavors. And the best part is all their ingredients are from local farms. I love this place and will be coming back!! View all feedback.
What April B doesn't like about B.good:
The food was good and my order was correct. I'm not a fan of the bun, way too bready which made my burger very dry. My only other issue was the lady making the food had her hair down. I don't think I've ever been in a food establishment where everyone didn't have their hair pulled back, but at a minimum, the person making the food should ALWAYS have their hair pulled back. Not sure if I will return. View all feedback.
I want to be clear that I love the chain B. Good. This specific location needs some work though. The smoothie I got was perfect and the fries, not so much. They were given to me uncooked and soggy. What I love about b. good's fries at their promenade location is that they are always crispy. When I was at this location I watched the guy preparing the fries open the oven door multiple times as they cooked. When I was talking to the cashier about the first batch of uncooked fries, the same guy tried to give me uncooked fries again. I hope this problem can be addressed because b. good is an amazing chain restaurant.
I wish we had a place like this closer to home! They are a healthy, locally sourced, counter service food chain. Everything is always delicious and fresh. The chickpea burger could use an overhaul, but everything else I've had (beef burger, kale bowl, power greens salad, sweet potato fries) is so good!!
Great selection of healthy choices with local ingredients!! My salad was fantastic! The only reason it's 4, not 5 stars is because my super green smoothie was a bit watery (more like a juice) not thick like I would have liked, but it still tasted good! I appreciated how the smoothie didn't have a ton of sugar or juice added to it (a common trick to make healthy green smoothies taste better) it was simple and good for you!

UPDATE JUNE 2019. After corresponding with the owner via email months ago, we were still reluctant to go back. Coupons were promised, but were never sent. Even still, we decided to give it a go this month. Our first visit back we did not have a salad; we ordered the veggie burger and fries. The meal was okay (we definitely like the salads better). Everyone behind the counter was nice and attentive. No real issues. Last Friday, it appears it was back to the same old thing... It was only my partner that night, and he ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad (our favorite). It was prepared in a take-out bowl (see picture below). He was livid. He actually asked for a regular bowl, because they were out in the open. He did not ask for anyone behind the counter to do it or to have it remade. He transferred the salad himself. Also, this salad has ALWAYS come with two different types of dressings (chipotle and balsamic). He was given only the chipotle dressing and was told that they stopped using the two dressings on that salad. If that is the case, why? We will not be returning to this location again. ORIGINAL POST: Since there was a change in management things have not been the same at this location. We are weekly patrons that come in a little after 8pm. For months our salads have not been prepared in the normal bowls (that need to be washed), but prepared in the takeout bowls. It appears that they do not want to have to deal with cleaning the bowls after a certain time, which is ridiculous. We prefer the regular bowls because they are larger in diameter, which makes it much easier to cut/mix up the salad. It is important to note there are clean bowls in plain sight. For a business that focuses on local food sources, eating healthy, and recycling/saving the environment, using the takeout bowls is wasteful and indicative of a lazy manager/staff. The salads were okay. We always ask for dressing on the side, which comes in a little cup with a lid. We had to go up and ask for more because there was hardly any dressing in the container. Their focus is to get out as soon as they can after the restaurant closes rather than focusing on the customer.
