Great coconut shrimp, little light on the coconut but still great. Steak was cooked perfectly medium, the dip butter were flavorful. The scallop risotto was good, bacony flavor, scallops were super tender melt in your mouth. View all feedback.
What Jack M doesn't like about Sienna El Dorado Hills:
I asked for my American Kobe Cheddar Burger to be well done. It was medium rare. Had to microwave it which very much decreased my first experience ordering from here. Flavors were okay but for the price and ratings I expected better. Fries were the best part. View all feedback.
Best steak I've had this year. Surprisingly excellent.
This is a beautiful place! Food was amazing, wine was priced accordingly.deaert was my least favorite. Just okay, but as a chef I'm a hard judge.
Food was pretty good but the service can be better due to a packed house on this weekday. Overall a nice place to enjoy an elegant dinner with friends.
Love the ambience and the massive bar, but that was the extent of our love for the new Sienna location. Service was meh, and kitchen appears not to have it together yet. I ordered the prime rib Benedict, which was loaded w mushrooms, but missing more than 2-3 pieces of meat. Bummer. Additionally, instead of poached eggs, I got hard boiled eggs in the shape of a poached egg. The BEST part of eggs Benedict is the poached egg and they totally missed the mark here. Hubby ordered the 50/1/50 sliders, which had burnt buns and we're ultra dry (Where's all that lovely thousand Island dressing advertised on the menu???? . We love the other restaurants owned by the Platts, But this one falls short compared to Land Ocean Folsom and Southfork. We will try again in a month and hope for a better experience.
The staff is very courteous, the food was perfect, unbelievable atmosphere..I will definitely return for every special occasion.
