Vegan options are limited, but the owner showed me drafts of the vegan recipes they are working on. Since there are meat dishes available, I asked whether meat and vegetarian burgers are made on the same BBQ. The owner explained that the vegetarian burger is fried, and no meat ever goes in the fryer. Armed with this knowledge, I ordered the hamburger with chickpea biscuit (which turned out to be bread, presumably made from chickpeas), salad and fries (I did not expect those, as they were not mentioned on the menu). The portion was generous and filling. The burger was not amazing, but solid. For 70 DH, I was happy.

For vegans, you can request the salad without yoghurt or simply avoid it since it is served in a separate container. The only downside is that we could have used more hummus for sure!
