I don’t expect my good score because it was all delicious!! !

Excellent service and very good food! We had dinner at the Blue Barrel two evenings in a row. We were impressed by the hospitality of the staff, very good use of English and fast service. We reccomend the fish (both the sardines and the sea bas were delicious) as well as the famous tzatziki. We had dinner in other places in Andros as well, but this one is definetly top of our list!

Absolutely amazing experience! It’s a small family restaurant with a very good menu. The watermelon salad was fresh, the lamb was very well-cooked and delicious. They also had a very cute little cat (apparently comes through the window every night) and a cute dog!Service was immaculate. Our table was a little shaky on the uneven ground and we didn’t even ask for anything, but the owner came and thoughtfully put stuff under two table legs to make it stable. A very careful touch. They also spoke English fluently and brought dishes to us very quickly, unlike most Greek restaurants. One of the best dinner experiences I’ve had on the Greek islands and 10/10 recommended.
