Jersey Mike's Subs - Moyock

We were very disappointed during our last two visits to this restaurant. The drink machine had no ice, and despite several employees working, they did not seem to care about providing good service to customers. Overall ratings for the meal: Lunch: 3, Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 3.

I didn’t catch the server's name, but I wish I did. I visited the restaurant on 08/25/23 around 5:00pm and the server with dark hair went above and beyond to help me out. My card was declining because I live in Virginia and we were in Moyock for work, which is technically "out of state." I had to call my bank to get it sorted, and the server kindly offered to pay for my food. His customer service was amazing from the start, and he was very kind and generous. There were too many flies inside the restaurant. The food was rated 3 out of 5, the service was rated 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere was rated 3 out of 5.

This place is great for fast food. The sandwiches are delicious. The staff is friendly, except for one older lady with glasses. Generally, my sandwiches are made properly.

Great place for lunch! I order from here all the time, they always have it ready for me when I arrive. Staff are all really friendly and will say hi to you when you come in the door. Jersey Mikes subs are a bit expensive overall and I'd like to see all locations bring their prices down.
