After waiting for 10 minutes and being informed that they didn't know when the computers would be back up, I requested that they calculate my bill manually so I could pay in cash. I had already estimated the total in my head, had the cash ready, and wasn't concerned about getting change. However, I was told it wasn't possible because the register was down. Seriously? Can't you just jot it down to input later and use a calculator to figure it out? It's basic math, and since I was willing to pay cash and didn't need change, what was the issue? Now my real problem is that I'm left without lunch, and it's a 25-mile drive to Pana.
