Despite the setback of the digital order system being down—a detail we were unaware of until we arrived for our scheduled pickup—the staff handled the situation remarkably well. However, there seems to be a lack of backup procedures for when things don't go as planned. Additionally, our gluten-free and dairy-free orders consistently had insufficient toppings.
