Casey's General Store - Moville

Garbage prices, garbage food. Zero accountability with staff. After reading the other reviews, it's clear that I'm not alone. They screw up your pizza and then give you a bunch of lies and excuses about it.

This store is in need of a good cleaning, removing a lot of the items on the counter and get it better organized The first impression when walking in is this is a junky store . The counter is not big enough for all the sale items there and the employees enjoy sitting in a chair behind the counter. Maybe it 's time for a new store. I along with others have taken my business to the 4-way stop down the road. So sad to see this once vibrant store look so shabby inside.

I hate to write this review because a coworker wrote a bad review and was treated badly. I was in there at 10 to noon and there was several employees and no food in the warmer. I was back in there 20 mins later and still no food in the warmer. At this point they should just close the kitchen down and just sell gas.

I was pleasantly surprised when my pizza was done a little early and they called to let me know it was ready. This was awesome and very much appreciated. Thank you Cassy.

A nice location with friendly people in it. when I stopped in there today a regular customer needed help today and they went far beyond the maximum required to help this senior citizen. made me happy to see such generosity.
