Finally a pizza worthy of this name after the calamities I've eaten in recent times. Finally, real cheese flowing and not a block of I don't know what spitted, basil and not Provence herbs, a light and generous pate, smoky little taste of the pate, cornicione well ventilated. I usually order only margherita to best judge the quality of a pizza/pizzeria and this one is by far the best I ate on roubaix and its surroundings.
