I had dinner on the attractive terrace overlooking the rocks of the cirque de moureze. the a la carte looked good, but I chose the menu du jour, starting with scallops in a creamy saffron sauce: good taste, but why were the scallops in small pieces? then the ink fish followed a la Provencal, not as I expected in a Provencal sauce, but with roasted vegetables, well aromatized nevertheless. the cheese course was genero...
