Best pizza in Lancaster! Hands down. I 've turned a lot of friends on to this place and after they 've tried the pizza, they all agree that it is excellent. I loved this place. Over the years they have made a dive into the worst of the city. In the price and in my last 3 times the order was wrong. The last time I ordered the same Sicilian pizza my family always ordered form there and when it came as a regular new york style pizza, I was told that do not offer Sicilian pizza with these toppings. Wings was terrible? had a bad taste to them I will never go there again?

I have grape leaves macaroni deluxe paid decent price. both dishes were not authentically thrown together

Why don't you tell me that the items on your menu aren't there anymore, instead of charging me an alien price for something I didn't want. No matter if the place is dead for me. Unfriendly and seemingly only there because they must be. Seems family owned, but the family doesn't want to be there.

The place looks really good, but the pizza tastes absolutely amazing?

This was honestly some of the worst pizza I?ve ever had. I called ahead for 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. When I got there I was not really greeted, it was not very clean, and the prices are pretty high! The taste was almost dry and the cheese felt like plastic? just not good. This was certainly my first and last trip to Milano Pizza.
