We used to spend around 60 euros here every week for a family order, but this week we were very disappointed. The hoi sin sauce was so overpowering that it masked all other flavors, and the pancakes were dry and stiff—they weren’t steamed properly and didn’t separate easily. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. When I went to pick up my food, they had mistakenly sent it out for delivery to someone else. When they finally brought the food to me, they walked behind the pizza oven and came back pretending it was fresh. When I asked them about it, they flat-out lied and said, "We made a fresh one." Once I got home to enjoy a movie with my family, the food was barely warm. I called them to address the issue, but they continued to lie. It's frustrating that they would rather cut corners to save a few euros than provide fresh food, ultimately losing any credibility as a decent takeaway.
