This review is for Julia. the bartender, who took up a shift on Saturday, when someone impressively called you not only things smoothly and effortlessly ran, she ended the day shift entrances. What User doesn't like about Red Dragon Casino:
The poker is enjoyable, and the game management is well handled. However, they seem to struggle with staffing levels. Service can be slow, and waiting for a game can be a bit frustrating. View all feedback.
This place had some terrible reviews and I'm not sure why, the staff was awesome the food was good and the games were great. If I ever find myself in the Seattle area I will definely be playing there again.
I had an awful experience at this bar. The bartender was extremely rude and even swore at me. Despite having only had two drinks and being completely sober, they refused to serve me any more. When I approached the bar manager, Anna, to discuss the situation, she supported the bartender's behavior and also denied me service. Throughout this, I remained polite, and my father, who was with me, mentioned that they only provided him with water and soda instead of the vodka soda he ordered. This place is simply unacceptable. I highly recommend finding another venue for drinks and gambling, as the service here is so poor that it's not worth your time. If I could give zero stars, I would.
24 hour food and it's surprisingly good and reliable. Burgers are great. Ranch is amazing? Everything tried so far has been great.
I was really excited to hear Red Dragon was switching to hourly high hands in replace of their bad beat jackpot. However upon playing today, I've discovered they freeze the hourly high hand from 6 pm-10pm. Those are the main hours I play. What's the point in playing here when Caribbean keeps their high hands going all day. I live a little closer to Red Dragon and want it to be my home poker room. But paying a promotional rake during primetime hours, and not having anything to play for during those hours, leaves too much of a bad taste in my mouth. It's so weird how different the two poker rooms are when it's Maverick Gaming that owns both Casinos. Oh well I guess.
Julienne and Austin...were great and really helpful...with the service and help that they could provide...Maverick is a big company with many employees...from all aspects of society...they will do what they can to make your stay enjoyable...I love how they always adhere to there rules and goals...really great people....
