I called 15 minutes early for my pickup order. Two simple pizzas and when I arrived they had not even been started. The what I assume is the manager started blaming all the people in the back doing prep and even called one of them an idiot in front of me and that made me feel so uncomfortable. Offered no discount for my inconvenience and took 20 minutes to get my pizza after arriving. View all feedback.
A lady named Diana messed up my order and it's not the first time.

Check all your workers for covid please and no hair nets or masks the kids working there are not nice at all smoking dope outside everyday it is illegal you know
I walked in the store to pick up my pizza and it smelled like weed. I saw a couple of kid's with Pappa Murphy's shirts on go outback and smoke weed. Not good to smoke weed on the job.
This location has the worst customer service ever! They are rude, they got the order wrong, and would not discuss the issue without being flippant. Will not ever order from this location again.
