Was Anonym at Subway a mag?
I just visited this Subway at 7:30 on a Saturday evening. It was a great experience— the restaurant was clean, and the employee was very friendly and efficient. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Subway:
Strangely, unlike what others have mentioned, the male employee accepted my coupon but only for certain meats. That was fine. When I went to a female employee for help, she asked the guy if the coupon was really accepted. He nodded, and she gave a reluctant look. At the end, she didn’t ask if I wanted any sauces on my sandwiches and quickly wrapped them up. She said, “We don’t do sauces for coupon sandwiches.” Wait,... View all feedback.

I had a disappointing experience at Subway recently. The woman with red hair was quite rude and barely acknowledged me while preparing my order. She just glared at me and, after placing my order on the counter, turned away without a word or any courtesy. The lack of customer service was surprising. If someone cannot handle customer interactions in fast food, perhaps they should consider a different line of work. On a positive note, the Mexican gentleman who works there daily is very nice and respectful. Unfortunately, the red-haired lady also didn’t include the correct ingredients and skimped on the meat, which was frustrating. However, I did receive a call from the manager who apologized and assured me that customer service would improve. Due to this concern from management, I am changing my rating from one star to four.

The restaurant is very clean and appears to have been recently renovated. I experienced a quick ordering process and enjoyed the standard Subway menu offerings.

She said, “We don’t do sauces for coupon sandwiches.” Wait, did I hear that right? Then she tossed me two packets of mustard and mayo. That was odd. I honestly think she either forgot or didn’t bother to ask. Too late to add sauce, I guess. While ringing me up, she kept talking to the guy behind me, and I wasn’t even sure if I needed to pay or not.

Terrible management refuses to accept valid franchise mailer coupons. Employees say they can’t honor the buy one, get one free offer because the sandwiches are too costly, and the owner won’t allow it—even though the coupons are not expired and there are no fine print restrictions invalidating them.
