Ruined our birthday party with terrible iceless cake. It was too dry to eat except the Icing that was good. 6 pounds of cake even wastes children not eaten. This place was our place for iceless cakes, but the latest terrible experience tells me not to come back here. View all feedback.
Eggless cakes are available here. I have recently ordered a mango eggless cake. It was good. Cake wasn't mango flavor but the icing was. Only downside was the lady who received the call was rude, she told to check online instead of giving the details. Also she said to come down to place the order. I had to go 10 miles to place the order and to pick it up. Also, website didn't have much information on the custom cake orders and they didn't even take custom order as it was during Diwali and they are busy. Won't go back until I have no choice.

Employee Personnel Corrupted Service Indifferent Owner. Really terrible experience. I ordered a cake over door bag for pickup. Good in advance 2 days. First, their place was only chosen coz, they seemed to be the only option that makes iceless cakes. For whatever reason, Tordash showed that her place is closed, and I had to call the owner and ask if it is open. She talked to the door bag and opened it. I made the order. Just to confirm, I called the lady owner back. This is to be picked up by 1pm for a calf by 5pm. She mentioned that Tordash only notified her 20 minutes from the pickup, which was strange. How/was the service should not inform the owner in advance, especially for an item like a cake. Anyway, she called at 2:00. I called her and said she told her staff she was ready. I then left the place at 5:20 and when I asked about the cake, the receptionist said it was not even ready. And I have to wait for 20 minutes. I had to end so many other things and the time was a cripple. What is the point of pre-order? I asked him to hurry. I told him that I was constantly on the phone with the owner so that this is least expected. He said you never called me. As expected, a person knows his number. The order on doorstep should be sufficient. When I told him that and asked him to hurry, he began to refuse me. That was the tip. I called the owner lady and door bag customer service to cancel my order and repay the money. I also have a complaint with door bag back this restaurant and how they treat customers. Apart from that, the place is really badly maintained, dirty ad cake. It's obvious that I'll never go there again.
The most unhygienic and inferior confectionery I found in the Bay Area. I sat there today to pick up candy and ask the guy on the counter to give me Kesar-Barfi. He had no idea at all and asked me to check it himself. Came over two similar looking candy and when I asked him how I differentiate, he called the so-called chef who directed me to a completely different sweet (white). I thought I could also pick up a finished box, but it was pathetic and I could make very easy that it had stale candy. Not only that, but also the other sweets were held on an open tray without lid or film. It reminded me of the street vendors at home selling stuff from that piece. Please save time and money and skip this place.
