Then I have to wait for them to refill and it takes up so much time. They don't keep your order. I ordered a coffee but work got in between and when I got there an hour later, the coffee cup was gone. It's not like they fill your coffee, they just give you an empty mug to fill yourself. Very annoying.And the latest, what's with this bagel? Does it even qualify as a bagel? It was the flattest disk I've ever seen.

Service was fast and polite. There were many available tables when I went on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't too loud.

I rarely go to Panera Bread when I’m home, however, visiting this location in Mountain View California was a great experience.
