This vegan eatery satisfied our late night Indian food cravings! Really loved having both traditional Indian food like dal and indo Chinese all in one place and available at midnight. View all feedback.
What A Mathur doesn't like about Indian Vegan Basudeva Cuisine:
Ghost kitchen. It was supposed to be open but when I got there it was “Everest cuisine” and was told “vegan basudeva” is at some other San Jose location. “Everest cuisine” had a small vegan menu, different from vegan basudeva. There’s no mention of vegan basudeva names anywhere. View all feedback.
Quantity is very less of Vegan Dal Tadka (Instant Pot Lentil)
This place is part of Everest Cuisine, in case you're like me and can't find it. Regardless, it's exquisite. Saag was delicious and tasted healthy and fresh. Seems like a coconut or cashew base to give it that creaminess; very nicely done. Nice folks, sunny patio. Vegan superpowers FTW!
Not a vegan restaurant. Ghost kitchen shared with non vegan food and a fake name to bait vegans in.
It is too expensive and quantity is also very less for curries. There are good vegan options.
Vegan Basudeva Cuisine virtual kitchen is my best place and vegan friend rice is my favorite ?Parking: they have lots of parking
