What Lixing Fu doesn't like about Dong Lai Shun:
A ridiculous place. Food is great, but the owner seems like not interested in maintaining his business. All the food were not there and was prepare from scratch. Many dishes are not in stock. Service is terrible. The owner who is the only server is like my boss when I was dining. His face is like written “accept and eat, or go”…Two stars are for the meat, food and dip dish quality. If you enjoy lamb and beef, Dong Lai Shun is a must-visit. The meat was exceptionally tender and cooked flawlessly in the hot pot, creating a memorable dining experience. What really set this meal apart were the traditional sauces that accompanied the hot pot, each boasting its own unique flavor and varying levels of spiciness. The service at Dong Lai Shun was outstanding as well. The chef personally visited our table to share tips on how to best enjoy the hot pot dishes, which added a special touch to our meal. With a wide array of options on the menu—including shrimp, mushrooms, fish, and more—we truly felt spoiled for choice. For those seeking something a bit more special, I highly recommend reserving in advance for the Peking duck and Squirrel Fish. These dishes were absolutely incredible and truly a highlight of the evening. If you're in the mood for authentic Chinese cuisine, this is definitely the place to go. From the classic hot pot to the exceptional service, everything about this restaurant was fantastic. I would give it five stars across the board!

No mistakes and very yummy.The only negative part was that the chef was busy cooking and dealing with customer service at the same time, and it seemed overwhelming.
Went there for a gathering so we had buffet-style . food was about average but was very over-priced. Won't go there again, thats for sure.
This is the ideal spot for enjoying genuine and traditional Beijing cuisine. The owner and chef is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming.
They serve authentic Beijing cuisine, and it's absolutely delicious! The lamb slices are thin and flavorful, and the sauce is incredibly tasty. It's the ideal dinner for a chilly evening.
