It's under New Managment. Old was let go a Good Thing. I will wait and see. D.G's tend to get over stocked to much at one time and they will not alow over nite shift's to stock shelves. I guess they would rather keeping getting dings for walk ways filledwith stock karts with store stock,card board just junk. So time will tell if this is just another Windom junk D.G.on Not.
Slight racial undertones. I was standing in front of the deli ordering area when one of the ladies asked the other what I was doing there loud enough for me to hear. What else could someone be doing standing where you are supposed to order? The food isgood though. Being a hello, please, and thank you kinda guy I'd expect the same treatment but not everyone has common courtesy Iguess... Kinda makes me sad.
Pizza has never been the same since that Mexican guy David left. Best customer service with the best smile. I miss him. You should hire him back and I'll consider shopping there again

The app stated that our order would be ready in 20 minutes, but when we arrived to pick it up, they hadn’t even started making it. To make matters worse, instead of enjoying a 50% discount for National Pizza Day, we ended up having to pay full price. This certainly makes me question the perks of being a rewards member. Considering the issues with our order, the delays, and the fact that our food was cold when we picked it up, it would have been nice if they had offered us a discount or some kind of compensation. Unfortunately, if this restaurant doesn’t improve its service, we will no longer be customers at this Casey's.
