Rolberto's Mexican Food - Mountain Home

We were passing through Mountain Home on the way to Washington State. We are from Texas and know what good, authentic Mexican food is like so when we arrive in town after most everything was closed we were not expecting much at a Mexican restaurant in Idaho.Boy oh boy we were very pleasantly surprised! Stopped in here on our road trip back home. Maybe the best burrito I've ever had. Was full of delicious carne asada! I don't really leave reviews, but I thought this place was worth it.

I got the carne asada burrito, meat was a little dry but it was good. My wife got street tacos and she said they were alright. Side of red rice was on point. Did like that they had a little salsa bar with 4 or 5 different salsas, cucumbers, limes, Pico, with jalapeños and carrots. It was good and we will be back. It's not the Tucson,AZ burrito spots but it was worth the price.
