they just drive through the city and stopped here for lunch. I have a paprika and ananaspizza, the thin crust was crispy and chewing. the sauce and cheese were tasteful. the toppings were fresh and high quality. I was surprised how good it was, and I ate most of a big one in a session? I have a side of garlic olive oil and it was great to dip the crust? will I definitely visit again if I ever drive through the opposi... View all feedback.
What Kiana Hettinger doesn't like about Fatty'z Pizza:
Ordered two pizzas. One was undercooked in the center of the pizza. The other was burnt. THIS was somehow acceptable to box and send off. As a customer, I shouldn?t have to check my pizzas when I pick them up. Save yourself the time/money and order from Pizza Hut. View all feedback.
Pizza was delicious and can be bought from the disc. a word of intention? do you look at the road? isn't it?

However, for the past few months, the service has deteriorated significantly. Orders have been consistently messed up and not corrected. We've experienced situations where our delivery never arrived, forcing us to go pick it up, only to find no one in the restaurant, despite six employees behind the counter. The gentleman (E.S.) who now takes the phone orders is rude and often lectures us about why orders can't be delivered with just two hours' notice. He sometimes offers extra ranch as compensation for their mistakes, or tells us our pizza is on the way, only to call back and say it’s still at the restaurant and ready for us to pick up when it should have been delivered. As a result, the pizza arrives cold, and we’ve also been misled about our order. Ordering by phone has become nearly impossible as they rarely answer. It's truly disappointing what’s happening with their online delivery, phone orders, and overall service. I know that as a business, they'll get through this, but until the current staff undergoes training or is replaced, I doubt it will greatly improve. I hope the owner will take notice, as I am not alone in feeling this way. I will remove this review as soon as the service is restored, and I look forward to being able to do business with them again. Have a great day.
We love Fatty?z and order it very often. eating is amazing, but the reason for this review is solely due to the bad customer experience I receive via the phone. I ordered by the discs at 5:15 and it estimated my delivery time at 6:37 clock, which I expected on a busy Friday night. at 6:22 I was aware that my order was on the way. 30 minutes pass and no pizza yet. my man called the restaurant and no answer. the layer support person called the restaurant and no answer. I called and finally came through and talked to a girl who couldn't find my name on an order so she gave me to someone who's more involved with the Slic app. he was very rude when I calmly explained that I said my order on him? s nearly 40 minutes ago at this point, and he continued to tell me that the driver has just gone and it will be there when it comes and hangs. shortly after the call came my order. the pizzas were over all tasty and still hot and the customer service from the supplier was great as always. my biggest complaining is don?t tell people to use the cutting app when they are? not appreciate an exact waiting time and don't let people know their orders are on the way if they are actually not. I totally understand being busy, but completely rude to someone who explains a situation well is unacceptable.
Excellent.....foldable...slice... Properly developed crust, sauce spot on, unexpected benchmark pie in Mountain Home.
