Domino's Pizza - Mountain Home

I completed order on my Dominoes App. Asked that it would be ready by 8:15 on Sept 15, 2022 at the Dominoes in Mtn. Home, Ar. We got to the pickup window about 8:05 pm, told them our name, they said it would be 15 more minutes and told us to pullinto #1 parking slot and they would bring pizza out to us. After we sat in the parking space for at least 30 minutes and no onehad brought it to us, we went back to the window and it was done and sitting on warming shelf . Pizza was cold. When we toldthe guy at the window that we had received very bad service, he said it had been sitting on warming shelf . As we drove aroundthe building, we saw 4 or 5 Dominoes employees standing outside the building visiting and smoking. I guess this is why no onecould be found to bring our pizza to us. I live in West Plains, MO and am used to good service by the Dominoes in West Plains,and it is rare that I submit a bad review, but this was very poor service and I feel the management needs to be made aware ofthis. We stay in Mtn. Home area quite a bit, but when you have this kind of experience and no apology, etc for bad service, itdoesn 't make a person want to revisit the business. The staff is very helpful and easy to talk with. The food is good. The Domino's coupons are a very good deal.

So I am pregnant and hungry all the time, my fist ordered pizza 40 minutes before they closed and they came here really fast with a delicious, fresh, perfectly cooked pizza! We felt terrible for the order, but nothing else delivered this ace and our vehicle is broken. I give them so much respect for doing this for us, thank the people of Dominos! I promise not to do this again!

Domino's has always been fantastic, but I had a disappointing experience on October 13, 2022. I ordered a pizza around 8:30 PM and specifically requested pineapple, olives, and green peppers since I'm a vegetarian and don't eat much meat. Unfortunately, they added sausage to my pizza. I hope they can get it right next time.

Excellent service and, in my opinion, the best pizza in town for my wife and me. The only downside is that it can be a bit difficult to enter and exit the driveway.
