Burger King - Mountain City

Eating was hot and fresh! the restaurant was very clean and the staff are very friendly and thoughtful! will definitely be again many more paints!

Had a Whopper last week, and It would melt in your Mouth. Was Excellent ???

Rude and incompetent....bad combination, Burger King. Ordered two double bacon sandwiches. Got two singles with a pathetic piece of bacon on each...yep, one piece. Went back thru drive up wdw and waited patiently behind two other cars. All I wanted was the correct item. After waiting at the wdw with no response from anyone, I finally got the attention of an employee. She got the manager Megan, who snatched the incorrect sandwiches out of my hand. No apology. No offer to correct the mistake. I asked for my money back and the number of her regional manager. She refused to give me the number and slammed the window. Time for new management at this location.

Every time I've come to this location it doesn't matter what I order they either ran out of that specific item and want me to get something that is twice the price of what I wanted or the machine is broke that makes what I wanted so, either I have to try to order something else or go somewhere else. My family LOVED burger king but this location is awful!!! Plus, when they do by chance have what you ordered it takes 30 minutes to get through the drive thru even if I'm the only car at the restaurant. My family is so disappointed with this!

It was slower than usual tonight getting the food but it was hot and fresh and I heard no complaints from anyone that eat tonight.
