Our party of 9 enjoyed our luncheon so very much. Brittany and the entire staff were amazing and welcoming. The food was all delicious!! Will definitely be back !!

Impromptu lunch on a Thursday and the Shrimp and Grits were wonderful! My husband had the Turkey/Swiss sandwich and the creamed squash soup. Both entrees were perfect

This was the second time I have visited and it was absolutely scrumptious. The food is divine, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the service is extraordinary southern. I can’t wait to return. The tomato salad is mouth watering delicious.

Maybe my third time to attend an event here. The food is always excellent and the service is very good. If you're going to be speaking to a group or giving a presentation, the acoustics can make it a little difficult to hear sometimes. There were times that I could here the kitchen staff talking while I was listening to a presentation. Located at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. Lovely.

We hadn't had breakfast so we decided to try the garden cafe for an early lunch when we visited the botanical gardens. Boy, am I glad we did. There were already plenty of tables in use when we sat down at 11::30. The cafe space is incredibly handsome, with soaring ceilings, and huge windows looking out on the adjacent patio. There were a couple of private parties being held that morning, so the people watching was fun while their guests arrived. I started my lunch with an order of lobster bisque. Constant companion was a happy camper with the arrival of the warm bread, and declared it some of the best bread ever. My sandwich was a grilled vegetable sandwich on a house-made roll. The flavors were wonderful. All in all, this place is a great value, as the lunch options are generally around $10. My soup was $5. The wait staff are great.
